Friday night, I completed a baking marathon. I prepared no rise pizza dough to make Sausage Bread, made cinnamon rolls to bake Saturday morning, and Make-Ahead Butterhorn Rolls to have in the freezer for Sunday lunch and beyond. Except the pizza dough, these were all new recipes and amazingly they were all good. This week I tried a new recipe Monday night as I continue to search for creative ways to use deer sausage other than just for breakfast. Venison has a very strong taste to me, but my husband enjoys it. He liked the Potato Sausage Casserole. I mainly ate the potatoes.
